White Mountain Library originally opened in 1987 as the newest addition to the Sweet Water Library System. Their mission is to improve the quality of life of their communities by helping people obtain information, providing materials that are reliable and current, and encouraging a lifelong joy of reading and learning for all, especially children. 

CPS installed one operable partition during a remodel in 2025.
